TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Please note – once your booking is confirmed and we receive your amount, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from our end and you need to rely on the same with all the necessary details which you will be asked for.
  • Please note – these packages are customizable, which means that changes can be done to the itinerary/activity if you desire so. The final payment will be calculated as per the changes made in the itinerary which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc., are not included.
  • We do not bear the responsibility of refund for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Ananya travel world does not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as shown, and all services and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Ananya travel world reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
